Fully paved access and signposted (posted on posts or brackets at each conversion) from the 88.5 km cloverleaf of the Manoel Hypólito Rego Highway (Rio-Santos Highway) to the hotel. This cloverleaf is located just as the highway moves away from Massaguaçu beach towards Ubatuba and next to the “Farma Conde”.

We are in a prime location so you can visit all the beaches of the North Coast of SP!

  • 30% on booking + 6x monthly (credit card);
  • Alternatively, payment of the total reservation in 6x monthly (credit card);
  • We accept major credit cards;
  • Payment of accommodation at Check-In and consumption at Check-Out;
  • We do not accept checks;
  • We do not charge service fees.


  • Check-in at 17h00 and check-out at 15h00 (so you get the most out it). Contact us if this do not meet your needs;
  • On weekends, check-in on Friday from 17h00 and check-out on Sunday at 15h00 (only two nights). It is also possible to have a late check-out by paying only the additional hours. Contact us in advance regarding availability and rates.
  • Accompanied children up to 5 years old are free (one child for each adult), from 6 to 10 years old pay 50% (up to two children for each adult) and from 11 years old they pay the normal fee;
  • Pets are accepted exclusively in Hot Tube Rooms or an additional fee. Check fees and rules.

In a Hotel, just as important as the quality of service, is the safety of working with trusted professionals that are able to solve everyday issues. Our hotel and our guests have guarantees and services from Porto Seguro.


  • In case of payment of the reservation by Credit Card, it  must be presented during check-in and the invoice signed.
  • At the discretion of Embratur and the police forces, anyone who registers at a lodging establishment, as well as their companions, must present official documents and fill out a lodging form with some basic data such as full name, ID number, social security number, telephone number, address, etc .;
  • If children are accompanied by unrelated persons or relatives of any other degree (such as uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc.), an authorization must be presented at check-in by the parents of the child.

ECA (Statute of the Child and Adolescent) - Law No. 8069 of 13 July 1990: 

Art. 82. The lodging of a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house or

similar establishment  is forbidden unless authorized or accompanied by the parent or guardian ”


  • At least 3 days (72 hours) in advance, the bookings may be rescheduled without any penalty to the guest for another period at the same rate;
  • Reservations may only be rebooked once. Rescheduled bookings may no longer be canceled as described below;
  • The guest or hotel may cancel the reservation free of charge 8 or more weeks prior to arrival, i.e. all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
  • More than 7 days before arrival, an administrative fee of 10% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. Guest must pay 50% of the total reservation price in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival;
  • The above rules also apply to bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance. For example, bookings made less than 3 days in advance cannot be rescheduled or canceled;
  • In case of no-show, the guest will not be entitled to any refunds of the amounts already paid, and in the absence of communication by the guest no later than 12 hours after the scheduled arrival time, the accommodation will be considered free. and may be transferred to third parties;
  • The number of days reserved are treated as "packages", i.e., regardless of the number of days actually used,  the full amounts provided in the reservation will be charged;
  • Unused days can be converted to credit in daily rates. Daily credits must be used out of season and long holidays. Upon written permission, they may also be transferred to third parties.


  • Reservations may not be rescheduled or canceled under any circumstances;
  • Also under no circumstances will the guest be entitled to any refunds of amounts already paid;
  • In the event of no-show and no communication from the guest within 12 hours of the scheduled arrival time, the accommodation will be considered free and may be transferred to third parties.


  • We do not prepare special food for babies, diets or dietary options. In addition to accommodation with kitchens, the hotel also offers “Mama's Kitchen” open to guests 24 hours a day;
  • The courtesy of children up to 5 years old is only valid when accompanied by paying adults at the rate of at least one adult for each child.
